• All coaching sessions included in the monthly or Quarterly packages must be completed within the same calendar month/months. Missed classes in case of illness may be compensated for by attending on alternative day’s sessions within same month/months.
• Missed classes in last week of the month can be completed on alternative sessions during the first week of the next month. Kids who are unable to attend classes due to travel must inform the academy in advance of the coaching staff. For long travel absences, missed classes may be rescheduled and completed within two (2) weeks of the player’s return.
• Academy will remain closed only on public holidays throughout the year except for any unavoidable and unforeseen reasons.
